Processing Time
All Nomad State Apparel products are made-to-order. Orders are typically produced within 2-7 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary by location:
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 10-30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
International Orders
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at brett.h.5@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
